A Perfect Christmas Dinner Recipe to Make the Holiday Magical

• 4 garlic cloves, minced

• 1 lemon, sliced

• 1 onion, quartered

Instructions:

• 4 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed

• 1 cup heavy cream

• ½ cup unsalted butter

• ½ cup sour cream

• Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

• Boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15–20 minutes.

• Drain and mash the potatoes until smooth.

• Heat the heavy cream and butter in a small saucepan until warm.

• Stir the cream mixture and sour cream into the mashed potatoes.

• Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Ingredients:

• 2 lbs baby carrots
